Training — Design and deliver training across a range of topics — in-person, virtual, or hybrid — as a standalone session or a series built around a subject like Project Management and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), Agile, change management, data visualization, and meeting facilitation. Built from curriculum already delivered to the City of Renton, Snohomish County, Kennewick, and Yakima, and scalable from a single session to a multi-week certificate program.
Coaching — One-on-one guidance for career transitions, project leadership, and personal effectiveness (time management, goal-setting, accountability), grounded in a background of coaching professionals through job searches, capstone projects, and organizational change.
Facilitation — Hands-on facilitation for teams and boards navigating conflict, consensus-building, or organizational change — from executive retreats to codes of conduct — for groups that need to walk out of the room actually agreed on something.
